Subscription Terms
Recurring charges
Plus costs $14.99/month or $143.90/year. Pro costs $29.99/month or $287.90/year. Elite costs $49.99/month or $479.90/year, before applicable tax. Annual totals apply a 20% discount rounded to cents. Checkout displays the binding price and billing interval; existing subscription prices are not silently changed. Owner changes require applicable notice and consent.
Cancellation and plan changes
Cancel future renewals through Account → Billing. Paid access continues until the paid period ends. Upgrades require successful prorated payment before higher access activates. Downgrades apply at renewal.
Usage allowances
Pro allows 100 and Elite 500 AI research requests each month, resetting on the monthly subscription anniversary, even with annual billing. Unused allowance does not roll over. Failed provider requests release reserved allowance. Free permits five saved notes; existing notes are not deleted on downgrade.
Academy credits
Pro earns 1 and Elite 3 Academy credits per billing month in test mode, including monthly anniversary allocations for annual members. Subscription credits expire after three months and are capped at 15 while active. Purchased credits do not expire. Unlocked courses remain owned after cancellation. Plus does not include monthly credits.
Payment problems and refunds
Failed renewals may be retried; a payment-attention notice identifies issues. Access ends when the paid period expires. Refund requests are individually reviewed, subject to mandatory law and any provider-managed refund handling. No blanket no-refund term overrides statutory rights.
Availability and test release
All payments currently run in test mode. Advanced charts, alerts, portfolio analytics and screening remain unavailable. Trials and promotional discounts require explicit terms before use. Counsel must review auto-renewal disclosures, renewal reminders and state-specific cancellation rules before live launch.
Effective date, operator legal name, service address and contact email must be supplied before launch.
